Please read ALL instructions on this page carefully, as there are multiple steps to this process.
Before you start the enrolment process, please ensure you have the following supporting documents ready to upload to your application (you will not able to confirm your enrolment without uploading these documents):
1. Birth Certificate and/or Passport
Including any relevant Visa documentation (including proof of Date of Entry stamp)
2. Proof of In-Zone Address
This can be in the form of ownership or rental agreements, a utilities bill (including power, phone/broadband, water, rates), bank statement, IRD or WINZ letter.
3. Proof of Immunisation
Vaccination page of Well Child/Plunket Book, or a printout from your GP
